I'm a fish in protoplasmic thundergear
Hoping you can hear
My heart beat
To meet your will
As I breathe by gill
A watery sigh for you

Dance with words
Upon the stage of ballroom dreams
Block-shaped towers
And pyramid schemes

Red Green Blue
Coalesce to form colours
By the millions
Your face lights up my screen
I long for pixels--
Dots of desire--
Still not free in my solitude
An interlude
Until we meet
At the intersection of Hope and Expectation
In the city of Fear
In the county of Love
In the state of Denial
In the nation of Dreams

Where anything can happen
